Right from the start Toni shaped the vision that was to be our wedding cake. My husband and I are both gluten free and I have a few other allergies, which cause issues with eating all the time, however, Toni didn't bat an eye lid.
We wanted something different and dark, but romantic and delicate, and Red Velvet Bakery nailed it in every way. The taste was to die for and it was moist, light and tasty, which, in my opinion, is difficult to achieve for gluten free cakes.
Toni's creation showed our personality, had everything we wanted and more, and was a complete show stopper that people are still talking about!
Im sorry to be adding this review so late, but unfortunately, I've had health issues that caused quite a few hospital stays, but we just wanted to say a huge thank you so much to Red Velvet Bakery for making our day so special and our cake so amazing!!!

Red Velvet Bakery was exactly what we were looking for. Highly rated, local to our venue, had worked with the venue before. The flavours look delicious and their portfolio looks amazing. Toni was on board with our vision from the start and is able yo give suggestions to help refine the final concept. Can't wait to see the final design. Will definitely recommend.
